Can SiC heating elements work in hydrogen?

Hydrogen atmospheres require careful review. When element temperature exceeds 1350℃, mechanical strength decreases, and service life depends strongly on moisture conditions.

For hydrogen use, operation below 1300℃ and surface loading below 5 W/cm² are recommended. Send hydrogen condition details, furnace temperature, voltage, power and replacement data through the RFQ form.
