How should SiC heating element resistance be measured?

Room-temperature resistance cannot represent high-temperature resistance for SiC elements. Below 600℃, small impurities may cause large resistance changes.

Resistance should generally be measured at a steady temperature of 1000℃ or above and calculated from the measured voltage and current. For replacement work, record voltage and current for each old element if possible.
