SiC heater rods are commonly supplied in 8-54mm diameter, with hot zone, cold end and overall length matched to the furnace chamber. Confirm the dimensions from the furnace drawing or the old rod before requesting a quote.

Confirm the maximum element temperature (up to about 1600℃ in clean dry air) and the recommended surface loading of 3-8 W/cm² against the real furnace atmosphere.
For series connection keep resistance within +/-5%; for parallel connection within +/-10%. Measure resistance at 1000℃ or above, because room-temperature resistance does not represent high-temperature resistance.
